The standard sqlite3-ruby gem has some problems [1], so I recommend 
everybody to use the gem from whytheluckystiff.net. On the other hand, 
bumping the required version number was not too smart if people don't know 
where to get this gem from.  I'll revert the requirements for rdflite, but 
as far as I know why's changes will be backported into the "official" 
sqlite3 gem, so the whole issue will solve itself probably.
