[Activerdf] Sesame 2 adapter available

Hi folks,

Eyal just merged into the trunk the 1st version of the Sesame 2
adapter that I wrote for ActiveRDF.

Currently it only supports SPARQL as its query language (SeRQL support
coming soon) and it is still failing 2 tests.

Eyal already identified the causes for the test failures: one of them
was caused by a bug in the ActiveRDF's SPARQL generator and the other
one was because Sesame 2 is not tolerant to malformed URIs that were
being used in one of the failing tests (a uri "c" was used instead of
"uri:c" or "http://c".

So all tests for the Sesame 2 adapter should pass pretty soon.
