[Nettopo] simulating coverage problem in NetTopo

Hi,

 

I was asked by several users about the simulating of coverage problems
in NetTopo.

 

Users can define the "Transmission radius (TR)" in sensor node. Based on
this TR, and each sensor node's location "coordinate",

Sensor nodes can discovery their neighbors.

 

Users can deploy sensor nodes multiple times in the sensor network field
with different TRs. This function can allow users to deploy
heterogeneous sensor nodes, e.g. different TR, energy, etc.

 

For coverage algorithm, for example, a hole discovery algorithm can be
implemented based on the discovered neighbor list of each sensor node.
The algorithm can be implemented with global network information by
working on the whole deployed sensor nodes (get from WSN instance), or
locally as a function in each sensor node. It actually is quite
flexible.
