No, but I started to provide snapshot, e.g. [1]. This is the latest I 
released (last September). I will release another one in January I think 
since I made quite a good progress on certain part. This 0.2.1 snapshot 
contains mostly additional code regarding query parsers and Solr 
integration. The 0.2.1 version is mainly focussed on this aspect. At the 
moment, it includes a n-triple query parser (the one used in Sindice), 
the necessary classes to plug SIREn into Solr, and a Solr demo. We are 
working on an additional query parser (for entity-centric type of 
search) and on unifying all the query parsers and indexing schemes into 
one single Solr query interface (so you will be able to mix keyword 
search, n-triple search, entity search using on single solr request).
