I am not really familiar with Lucene.net and IKVM.
At first, I would think of using Lucene (Java) and SIREn (Java) in IKVM, 
but I would be a bit worried of the efficiency, maybe I am wrong.
Another solution, which could be a bit more performent, will be to sue 
Lucene.net with SIREn using IKVM. However, I don't think that the 
Lucene.net interface will match SIREn interface. Therefore, you will 
have to write an additional glue code, which can be complicated imho.
